Should English be declared the official language of the United States?

Even though English is the language that is spoken the most in the United States, it shouldn't be declared as the official language of the United States because the second most spoken language is Spanish, and with the country having tons of immigrants, its going to be hard to learn English as a second language. And because of the amendments, everybody has the right of speech, right of religion, and right of expression. But this doesn't mean that if they don't know English, and if their talking in Arabic, it doesn't mean that they're terrorists. That's messed up.
